On Thursday May 20th, 2010 at about 1:24pm County of Wellington OPP officers with the Traffic Management Unit were conducting radar enforcement on Wellington Road 24 near Ballinafad in Erin Twp.

At this time Constable Henry Heidinga spotted a southbound 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix travelling well above the speed limit. This auto was clocked on radar at 135 km/h in the 80 km/h zone.

James Krywan a 40 year old Hillsburgh man has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. Krywan is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on June 16th, 2010 to answer to the charge.
